| 基于利益相关者理论和“联接—利用—学习”理论, 剖析了中国民营企业的国际化行为对绿色创新的影响机理问题. 提出在国际化过程中国际市场的利益相关者压力(拉力机制)以及企业通过联接、利用和学习过程(推力机制)共同推动了企业进行绿色创新活动. 使用2016年中国私营企业调查数据库, 发现：1) 对外直接投资显著增强了企业进行绿色创新的动力, 同时, 外资的引入以及更强的创新能力能够强化这一动力；2) 虽然国内政府环境规制压力是企业进行绿色创新的驱动因素, 但其与国际化压力的共同作用却弱化了企业的绿色创新意愿. 本文拓展了企业国际化与绿色创新战略的分析框架, 对如何有效推动中国企业更积极地投入环保事业建设具有现实启示意义. |

| Grounded from stakeholder theory and “Linkage-Leverage-Learning” theory, this paper proposes that in the process of internationalization, the pressure from stakeholders (a pull force) and the connection, utilization and learning process (a push force) in the international market could jointly promote the green innovation activities of Chinese firms. Using the survey database of China's private enterprises in 2016 to conduct empirical analyses, the results show that: 1) the OFDI significantly increases the firms’ impetus in green innovation, meanwhile, the percentage of foreign shareholdings and innovation capacity strengthen the effect of OFDI on green innovation. 2) although the domestic environmental regulatory pressure from the government is another driving force for firms to conduct green innovation, it weakens the effect of OFDI on the firms’ impetus in green innovation. This paper extends the analytical framework of firms’ internationalization and green innovation strategy, which also provides practical implications on how to effectively increase the environmental protection investment of Chinese firms. |
