      针对共识达成群决策过程中决策者间的相互干扰和有序交互中的排序问题, 文章基于量子认知理论提出一种考虑有序交互的群决策共识方法. 首先, 构建双层类量子贝叶斯网络集结群体评价, 并根据干涉角大小对决策者的交互倾向进行分类; 其次, 集结决策者的干涉角量化其在群体中的干涉效应, 结合评价一致性动态更新决策者权重; 随后, 基于量子认知理论生成非共识决策者不同情景下的调整认知, 考虑不同信息源的影响力差距集结不同交互下认知得到调整结果, 并通过优化模型求解量子信念更新中的酉矩阵参数; 最后, 通过联合风险投资问题验证方法的可行性. 结果表明所提方法能有效反映交互排序差异对共识达成的影响, 其具备较好的共识效率.
英文摘要
      Addressing the issues of mutual interference among decision-makers and the ordering problem in orderly interactions during the consensus-reaching process of group decision-making, this paper proposes a group decision consensus method incorporating ordered interactions based on quantum cognition theory. First, a two-layer quantum-like Bayesian network is constructed to aggregate group evaluations, and decision-makers’ interaction tendencies are classiffed according to the magnitude of interference angles. Second, the in-terference angles of decision-makers are aggregated to quantify their interference effects within the group, and decision-makers’ weights are dynamically updated in conjunction with evaluation consistency. Subsequently, based on quantum cognition theory, the adjustment cognitions of non-consensus decision-makers under dif-ferent scenarios are generated. The adjusted results are obtained by aggregating cognitions under different interactions while accounting for the inffuence disparities among different information sources, and the unitary matrix parameters in quantum belief updating are solved through an optimization model. Finally, the feasibility of the proposed method is validated through a joint venture capital problem. The results demonstrate that the proposed method can effectively capture the impact of interaction ordering differences on consensus achieve-ment and exhibits favorable consensus efffciency.
