      针对不确定环境对物流运输的影响,提出了同时考虑节点中断和需求不确定的服务网络设计问题。利用预算不确定集度量节点能力和需求的不确定性。以最小化服务网络总构建成本为目标,建立了两阶段鲁棒优化模型。基于问题决策特性,设计了列-行生成算法对问题进行精确求解。数值实验表明,所提列-行生成算法在求解速度和质量方面要显著优于经典Benders分解算法。在设计阶段考虑节点中断和需求不确定可以有效降低两类不确定因素对服务网络的影响,减少服务网络构建总成本。总成本节约率会随需求不确定预算值减少而减少,随节点能力不确定预算值减少而增加。
英文摘要
      Addressing the impact of uncertainty on logistics transportation, a service network design problem that simultaneously considers node disruption and demand uncertainty is proposed. The budget uncertainty set is used to measure the node disruption and demand uncertainty. A two-stage robust optimization model is formulated with the objective of minimizing the total construction cost. Based on the decision-making characteristics of the problem, a column-and-constraint generation algorithm is developed to accurately solve the problem. Numerical experiments demonstrate that the proposed algorithm outperforms the Benders decomposition algorithm significantly in terms of solution speed and quality. Considering node disruptions and demand uncertainties in the design phase can effectively reduce the impact of these two uncertainties on the service network and lower the total cost of the service network. The total cost savings rate decreases as the budget for demand uncertainty decreases, and increase as the budget for node capacity uncertainty decreases.
