| 在数字经济推动企业知识管理模式变革、知识运营惯例更新成为数字赋能企业核心竞争力关键来源的背景下,本文构建以知识场洞为先导驱动;以知识网络容灾性、知识复制模板、知识能级跃迁为中介变量;以知识重用轨迹、知识转移情境阻尼为调节变量;以知识运营惯例更新为结果变量的知识场洞对数字赋能企业知识运营惯例更新的影响机理概念模型。以431家数字赋能企业为研究对象,针对静态层面,运用基于非时空型偏差矫正的非参数百分位靶靴估算法对影响机理进行实证分析;针对动态层面,采用基于Netlogo平台的优化型多智能体动态仿真模拟法对影响机理展开仿真模拟,动态仿真模拟有效弥补静态分析在捕捉变量随知识运营周期动态演化规律方面的局限性,进而揭示变量间交互作用的时序适配性特征。研究结果表明,知识场洞对知识运营惯例更新具有显著正向影响;知识网络容灾性、知识复制模板与知识能级跃迁在知识场洞及知识运营惯例更新关系之间均发挥中介作用;知识重用轨迹正向调节上述三个中介变量的中介作用机制,知识转移情境阻尼则反向调节该中介作用机制。本文丰富惯例演化与知识管理交叉领域的理论体系,为数字赋能企业优化知识运营实践、提升惯例更新效率提供切实指导。 |

| Against the backdrop of digital economy driving the transformations of knowledge management models, where knowledge operation practice renewal has become the key source of core competitiveness of digitally empowered enterprisess, this study constructs the conceptual model of study on influencing mechanism of knowledge field holes on knowledge operation practice renewal of digitally empowered enterprises, posits knowledge field holes as antecedent variable, sets knowledge network resilience, knowledge replication templates, and knowledge level transitions as mediating variables, takes knowledge reuse trajectories and knowledge transfer contextual damping as moderating variables, and sets knowledge operation practice renewal as outcome variable. Employing the sample of 431 digitally empowered enterprisess, empirical analysis at the static level utilises the non-parametric percentile Bootstrap estimation method with non-spatiotemporal bias correction to carry out empirical analysis of influencing mechanism. At the dynamic level, the optimised Multi-Agents dynamic simulation method based on the Netlogo platform is employed for simulation. This dynamic simulation effectively compensates for the limitations of static analysis in capturing dynamic evolution patterns of variables throughout knowledge operation cycle, thereby revealing temporal adaptability characteristics of interactions among variables. Findings indicate that knowledge field holes exert the significant positive influence on knowledge operation practice renewal. Knowledge network resilience, knowledge replication templates, and knowledge level transitions mediate the relationships between knowledge field holes and knowledge operation practice renewal. Knowledge reuse trajectories positively moderate the mediating mechanism of three variables, while knowledge transfer context dampening negatively moderates the mediation. This study enriches theoretical framework at the intersection of practice evolution and knowledge management, while also provides practical guidance for digitally empowered enterprisess to optimise knowledge operation practice and enhance of practice renewal efficiency. |
