      食品行业普遍存在以低质量原料按一定比例替代高质量原料的混合采购现象. 构建由高质量供应商、低质量供应商和食品企业组成的供应链模型, 研究混合采购下食品企业在不披露、披露高质量和区块链披露质量三种策略之间的选择, 并考察拓展情形下披露策略边界的变化. 结果表明: 混合比率是影响披露策略选择的关键因素. 低混合比率下, 企业倾向于不披露; 中等混合比率下, 倾向于披露高质量; 较高或较低混合比率下, 区块链披露成为最优策略, 且由低端恶化导致的质量差异扩大将进一步拓宽其适用边界. 从社会福利视角看, 低信任环境下宜采用区块链披露, 高信任环境下宜采用披露高质量. 质量成本差异和消费者悲观感知不改变企业披露策略的基本选择. 相较于双源采购, 单源采购拓宽了披露策略边界, 并压缩了区块链披露的适用范围. 竞争情形下, 区块链披露对处于劣势地位的企业更具价值.
英文摘要
      Mixed procurement, where low-quality raw materials substitute for high-quality ones at a certain ratio, is common in the food industry. A supply chain model consisting of high-quality, low-quality suppliers and a food enterprise is developed to examine the firm's choice among non-disclosure, high-quality disclosure, and blockchain-based disclosure under mixed procurement, and to investigate the evolution of strategy boundaries in extended settings. Results show the mixing ratio is key. The enterprise prefers non-disclosure at low ratios, high-quality disclosure at moderate ratios, and blockchain disclosure at relatively high or low ratios. A larger quality gap from low-end degradation expands blockchain’s boundary. From a welfare perspective, blockchain is preferred in low-trust environments, and high-quality disclosure in high-trust settings. Quality cost differences and pessimistic consumer perceptions do not alter basic choices. Compared with dual sourcing, single sourcing broadens strategy boundaries and narrows blockchain’s scope. Under competition, blockchain disclosure benefits disadvantaged enterprises more.
