      针对当前分布式能源单独规划、无法充分利用不同区域能源需求的时空分布特性和互补耦合特征的问题, 本文提出了分布式能源系统集群协同优化配置模型. 首先基于斯塔克伯格博弈理论, 构建了考虑需求响应的分布式能源供需互动双层模型. 在此基础上, 从能源共享视角出发, 集成分层规划和合作博弈理论, 提出了计及供给侧与供给侧互动的分布式能源集群协同配置优化及利益分配模型, 以解决具有多区域协同、多主体博弈特征的多系统协同优化配置问题. 结果表明, 共享视角下协同规划的经济与环境效益优于独立规划, 并且这一优势在应对电气化水平、天然气价格与投资成本等关键因素波动时表现稳健. 本研究为实现区域内 “供需互动”、区域间 “供供互动”, 推动能源互联互通、综合利用、优化共享, 促进分布式能源网络化发展提供决策支撑.
英文摘要
      To overcome the limitations of independent planning, which fails to leverage the spatio-temporal and complementary characteristics of cross-regional energy demands, this paper proposes a coordinated optimization model for distributed energy system (DES) clusters. First, this study develops a bi-level Stackelberg game model of supply-demand interaction incorporating demand response. The paper then introduces an energy-sharing framework by integrating hierarchical planning and cooperative game theory to create a coordinated configuration and benefit allocation model that accounts for supply-side interactions and resolves multi-stakeholder game dynamics. Results demonstrate that this coordinated approach from the energy-sharing perspective is economically and environmentally superior to independent planning, and this advantage remains robust against fluctuations in electrification levels, natural gas prices, and investment costs. This study provides decision support for intra-regional supply-demand and inter-regional supply-supply interactions, comprehensive utilization, and optimized sharing to facilitate the network-oriented development of DES.
