| 考虑由技术优势的原始设备制造商(OEM)与技术劣势的OEM组成的系统, 在两OEM借助AI技术生产智能设备的情形下, 分别针对竞争、批发竞合及专利竞合等三种策略构建博弈模型并求解, 探究OEM的竞争与竞合策略选择. 研究表明: OEM的最优策略选择主要受议价能力、消费者对设备智能水平的敏感程度、消费者隐私担忧程度、OEM的AI投资成本以及替代程度等因素的影响. 组件成本差异影响竞合能否实现合作双方利润的帕累托改进; 当竞合能够实现合作双方利润的帕累托改进时, 竞合促使技术优势(或技术劣势)的OEM降低(或提高)设备的智能水平, 导致两OEM确定更低的零售价格.竞合策略对设备智能水平的影响主要取决于议价能力与组件成本差异. |

| Considering a system consisting of an original equipment manufacturer with technological advantages (TA-OEM) and an original equipment manufacturer with technological disadvantages (TD-OEM), where both OEMs utilize AI technology to produce intelligent devices. Three models (i.e., competition, wholesaling co-opetition, and license co-opetition) were examined. By deriving equilibrium solutions, this paper explored the strategic choices of OEMs between competition and co-opetition. The findings reveal that the optimal strategies are influenced by several factors: bargaining power, consumers’ sensitivity to device intelligence levels, the privacy concern coefficient, AI investment cost, and the degree of product substitution. The difference in component cost determines whether co-opetition can achieve Pareto improvement. When Pareto improvement is achieved, co-opetition leads to a low intelligence level for the TA-OEM and a high intelligence level for the TD-OEM, along with low retail prices. Furthermore, the impact of co-opetition on device intelligence levels depends on bargaining power and the difference in component cost. |
