| 针对我国跨境供应链面临的随机干扰和蓄意干扰双重威胁, 通过构建复杂加权网络模型, 将节点企业划分为核心企业与普通企业、贸易渠道分为跨境边和普通边, 提出基于物流费用、订单总额及信息流量的相似权连通指数定义方法, 并设计8种节点与边的组合式攻击策略. 结合案例, 通过MATLAB仿真发现: 网络具有无标度特性, 随机攻击下鲁棒性较强, 但蓄意攻击核心节点时鲁棒性显著下降; 核心企业贸易渠道质量比单纯贸易量更能影响网络稳定性. 研究提出重点保护核心企业及优质跨境渠道、淘汰低效节点等管理策略, 为提升”一带一路” 供应链抗干扰能力、政府制定跨境供应链韧性标准提供理论依据, 对提升我国在全球供应链中的主导地位具有重要战略价值. |

| The purpose of this paper is to solve the dual threat of random and deliberate disruption of China’s cross-border supply chain, and provide a theoretical basis for improving the anti-interference capability of the “the Belt and Road” supply chain. In complex network models, node enterprises are divided into core enter-prises and ordinary enterprises, and trade channels are divided into cross-border edges and ordinary edges. A similarity weight connectivity index definition method based on logistics, capital flow, and information flow is proposed, and eight combined attack strategies for nodes and edges are designed. Simulation results reveal that while the network exhibits robustness under random failures, its vulnerability escalates significantly under targeted attacks on core nodes. To mitigate risks, strategic recommendations include prioritizing protection of core enterprises and high-value cross-border channels, eliminating low-efficiency nodes, and optimizing net-work topology. These measures are expected to enhance the resilience of cross-border supply chains, providing insights for ”the Belt and Road”- related infrastructure planning and operational risk management. |
