| 针对属性间存在关联影响且属性值为偏好-赞成结构信息的群体决策问题，提出一种群体共识决策方法。首先，对于具有偏好-赞成结构信息形式的多属性信息融合问题，提出一种基于广义Choquet积分的TODIM方法（PAS-CTODIM）获取决策者的个体综合排名信息，设计个体综合偏好-赞成结构信息的获取方法，能够有效解决属性存在关联的信息集结问题。其次，提出基于偏好-赞成结构评价信息的决策者权重确定方法，构建新的群体信息聚合拓展模型，获取群体偏好信息。针对群体共识决策问题，设计决策者共识水平及群体共识水平衡量方法，构建一种新的偏好-赞成信息调整规则，提出考虑属性关联的群体共识决策方法。最后，将本文提出方法应用于某城市养老服务项目选择案例中，验证提出方法的有效性。 |

| For the group decision making problem for preference-approval structure (PAS) with correlated attributes, a group consensus decision making method is proposed. Firstly, to address the multi-attribute information fusion problem, a PAS TODIM method (PAS-CTODIM) based on the generalized Choquet integral is proposed to obtain individual comprehensive ranking information from decision makers (DMs) regarding the alternatives. Additionally, a method to extract individual comprehensive PAS information is designed. Then, an extended fusion model for PAS information from DMs to acquire group preference information is proposed. A method for determining DMs weights for PAS information is constructed. Furthermore, methods for measuring DMs' consensus levels and group consensus levels in the context of PAS, along with rules for adjusting preference information to achieve group consensus, are proposed. A group consensus decision making method for PAS is proposed, taking into consideration the correlated attributes. Finally, a case involving the selection of elderly care services in a specific city is used to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method. |
