| 多模态信息技术的发展呈现出迅猛势头, 其在挖掘和提升在线评论有用性研究中的应用潜力也逐步得到了广泛关注. 本文以近十年Web of Science核心数据库和中国知网数据库所筛选的文献进行计量分析和文本分析。首先, 梳理在线评论的模态分类, 揭示现有研究中多模态数据的引入显著提升了研究的广度与深度; 其次, 分析在线评论有用性影响因素, 通过挖掘这些因素, 为高质量评论的识别提供了理论依据; 再次, 探讨多模态评论有用性的研究框架以及多模态数据的在线评论有用性预测模型. 最后, 本文阐述现有研究存在的不足并指出未来研究中亟待解决的挑战. |

| The rapid advancement of multimodal information technology has drawn increasing attention to its potential in enhancing the usefulness of online review research. This study conducts a bibliometric and textual analysis of literature selected from the Web of Science Core Collection and the CNKI databases over the past decade. First, it classifies the modalities of online reviews, revealing that the integration of multimodal data significantly expands the breadth and depth of existing research. Second, it analyzes the factors influencing the usefulness of online reviews, providing a theoretical foundation for identifying high-quality reviews by exploring these factors. Third, it examines the research frameworks for multimodal review usefulness and proposed predictive models for the usefulness of online reviews utilizing multimodal data. Finally, the study identifies limitations in the current research and highlighted pressing challenges that require resolution in future studies. |
