      针对综合评价中的权重确定问题,提出一种基于指标重要性排序的多标度层次分析法。该方法通过在层次分析法中加入确定所有评价指标重要性的唯一排序和构建多个指标重要性比值的参考标度两个关键步骤,解决了层次分析法难以直接构建满足一致性检验标准的判断矩阵和指标间重要性排序混乱两大难题。在层次分析法判断矩阵检验标准下,随着指标数量的增加应用本文提出的方法越容易构建满足一致性检验标准的判断矩阵,并能通过控制标度参数的最大值,实现构建的矩阵均为满足检验标准的判断矩阵,从而在应用时无需对判断矩阵进行一致性检验。文章还对本文提出的方法与序关系分析法进行了比较,给出两种方法如何选择的建议。
英文摘要
      Aiming at how to determine index weights in the comprehensive evaluation, a multi-scale analytic hierarchy process based on index importance ranking is proposed. This method adds two key processes, are determine the unique importance rank of all indexes and construct multi scales for determining index importance ratios, respectively, in AHP, so that solves two key issues existing in AHP, namely difficult to directly construct a judgment matrix meeting the consistency test standard and multiple ranks of index importance can be obtained in a judgment matrix. With the increase of the number of indexes, it is easier to construct the judgment matrix that meets the consistency test standard in AHP by using the method proposed in this paper. More important, all judgment matrices can fully meet the consistency test standard through controlling the maximum of the parameter of scales, so that we do not need to check whether the judgment matrix meets the consistency test standard in AHP in real applications. We also compare the method proposed with the G1 method and suggestions on how to choose the two methods are given in this paper.
