| 随着新能源汽车行业的迅速发展, 废旧动力电池的回收数量也显著上升. 但是, 废旧动力电池不仅回收成本较高, 且存在着极大的回收安全风险. 为有效降低回收成本、提升回收的安全性, 提出了由第三方综合利用企业缩短回收周期、组建协作回收联盟的全新回收模式, 通过对比传统的长周期不协作模式、短周期不协作模式与本文所提短周期协作模式, 证实了本文所提模式在经济与安全方面的双重效益. 通过实验算例证实, 本文所提协作回收模式较传统回收模式可节约31.11%的回收成本, 并且每个联盟成员可实现27.45%-34.74%的成本节约, 即无论是协作回收联盟整体还是企业成员个体, 均可使用更少的车辆与更低的成本实现快速高效回收. 此外, 本文对动力电池回收环节的安全性进行指标量化, 综合考虑叠放高度、电荷状态、 路径风险三个方面的影响, 通过计算对比可得, 本文所提短周期协作回收模式的安全性较传统回收模式可以提高27%. 综上, 本文所提模式不仅显著降低了回收成本, 并有效提高了回收过程中的安全性. |

| With the rise of the new energy vehicle industry, the recycling of end-of-life power batteries has grown rapidly. However, recycling these batteries involves high costs and significant safety risks. To address these issues, this paper proposes a collaborative recycling model. This model is formed by third-party enterprises by shortening the recycling cycle and establishing recycling alliances. It is compared with traditional long-cycle and short-cycle non-collaborative models. Experimental results show that the proposed model reduces overall recycling costs by 31.11%. Individual alliance members achieve cost savings of 27.45% to 34.74%. The model allows for quicker and more efficient recycling with fewer vehicles. Safety in the recycling process is quantified using stacking height, state of charge, and route risks. The results indicate a 27% improvement in safety compared to traditional models. In conclusion, the proposed model reduces costs while significantly enhancing safety. |
