| 借鉴节点修复的思想, 对超负荷节点企业提出一种基于负荷分担和负荷消除机制的有限保护策略模型, 并采用数值仿真实验对保护策略模型的有效性进行检验. 结果表明: 保护策略不仅可以有效延缓级联失效的扩散进程, 还可以保护更多的节点企业免于失效; 保护策略的有效性与研发网络所处的市场环境和维护成本密切相关, 当研发网络处于较为安全的市场环境时, 只需适当增加维护成本就能显著提高保护策略抵御级联失效的有效性: 保护策略的有效性与超负荷节点企业投入的超负荷应对成本呈显著的正相关关系, 即随着超负荷应对成本的增加, 保护策略的有效性显著提高: 增加超负荷节点企业的负荷消除量可以提高保护策略的有效性, 但超过某一阈值时则保护策略的有效性基本保持不变. |

| Based on the node restoration, a protection strategy model based on load sharing and load elimination for over-load node firms is proposed. Then, the effectiveness of the protection strategy model is verified through numerical simulation. The results show that the protection strategy can not only effectively delay the process of cascading failures, but also protect more node enterprises from failure; The effectiveness of protection strategies is closely related to the external market environment and the maintenance cost, the protection strategy can resist the occurrence of cascading failures under a safe market environment only by appropriately increasing the maintenance cost. The effectiveness of protection strategies is significantly positive to the overload response cost, the effectiveness of protection strategies becomes more and more significant with increasing the overload response cost. Increasing the amount of load elimination for over-load node firms can improve the effectiveness of protection strategies, but when it exceeds a certain threshold, the effectiveness of protection strategies remains basically unchanged. |
