综合补能站的建设可有效推动充电型和换电型电动汽车的发展. 考虑综合补能站可由制造商或第三方服务商建设的现实情景, 本文构建政府建站补贴下两种建站模式的决策模型, 通过比较综合补能站建设数量、电动汽车总销量、成员及系统总利润, 研究两种建站模式的运行绩效; 以此为基础, 构建基于成本共担契约的建站协调机制, 探究政府的最优建站补贴策略. 研究结果表明: 当政府补贴较高时, 制造商自建模式总能带来更高的电动汽车总销量和系统总利润; 成本共担机制能够实现系统的部分协调; 政府最优单位建站补贴与消费者的换电汽车偏好程度和政府推广目标相关. 以上结论说明: 政府可依据消费者对换电汽车的偏好程度及电动汽车市场推广目标, 动态调整建站补贴以促使制造商自行建站; 若制造商委外建站, 则应与第三方服务商构建合理的协调机制. |
英文摘要 |
The construction of integrated replenishment stations can effectively promote the development of charging and swapping electric vehicles (EVs). Considering the realistic scenario that the integrated stations can be built by the manufacturer or the third-party service provider, this paper constructs decision models of two station construction modes under the government subsidy for station construction, and investigates the operational performance of two construction modes by comparing the stations number, the total sales volume of EVs, and the profits of the members and the system; then constructs a coordination mechanism based on the cost-sharing contract, explores the optimal government subsidy strategy. The results show that the manufacturer-construction mode always leads to higher EVs sales volume and system profits; the cost-sharing mechanism can achieve partial coordination of system; and the optimal government subsidy is related to the consumers' preference for swapping EVs and the government's adoption goals. The findings suggest that the government can dynamically adjust the subsidy based on consumers’ preferences for swapping EVs and the adoption goals, so as to encourage manufacturers to build stations by themselves. If manufacturers outsource station construction, they should establish a rational coordination mechanism with the third-party service providers. |
