多重控碳规制框架下异质发电主体在电力市场的行为抉择:基于复杂网络上的演化博弈分析

      当前,多重控碳规制和不同信息获取能力,将差异化影响不同电源类型发电商“进入”电力市场的行为选择。上述情景下,探究发电商群体的“进入”特征是稳定电力市场的前提。基于复杂网络上的演化博弈形式化不同信息交互拓扑结构、异质发电商“进入”市场的行为策略选择;推导规则信息交互网络结构下,发电商“进入”电力市场的判据;采用多 Agent 系统仿真发电商行为交互过程,获取参与率关键指标。研究结论如下:两控碳市场交易价格波动和信息交互网络的拓扑结构未影响风力发电商“进入”电力市场的行为选择,但有效影响火力发电商行为;不同信息交互网络结构下,火力发电商参与率排序为:小世界网络>无标度网络>规则网络。本文为深入理解多重控碳框架下电力市场微观主体的行为逻辑提供全新视角,也为电力市场监管者制定精准有效的市场信息披露机制、调整发电商间信息沟通模式,提供了坚实的理论依据与决策参考。
英文摘要
      At present, multiple carbon control regulations and different information acquisition capabilities will differentially affect the behaviors of power generators of different power source types in the electricity market. Uncovering the "entering" characteristics under the above scenarios is a prerequisite for stabilizing the electricity market. Based on the evolutionary game on complex networks, formalize different information interaction topological structures and the behavior strategy choices of heterogeneous power generators when "entering" the market; derive the criterion for power generators to "entering" the electricity market under the regular information interaction network structure; utilize the multi-agent system to simulate the behavior interaction process of power generators and obtain key indicators “participation rate”. The research conclusions are as follows: The fluctuations in the trading prices of the decarbonizing markets and the topological structure of the information interaction network have not affected the behavior choice of wind power generators when "entering" the electricity market, but have effectively affected thermal power generators. Under different information interaction network structures, the order of participation rates in thermal power generators is: small-world network > scale-free network > regular network. This paper is a novel perspective for in-depth understanding of the behavior logic behind micro-subjects in the electricity market under the multiple carbon control framework, and also provides a solid theoretical basis and decision-making reference for electricity market regulators to formulate accurate and effective market information disclosure mechanisms and adjust the information communication mode among power generators.
