      针对可再生能源消纳责任权重制下由两发电厂(光伏发电厂和火力发电厂)和单电网公司构成的光伏电力供应链, 考虑用电需求随机扰动和行为偏好, 研究供应链成员定价、储能搭建和碳减排协调决策问题. 研究发现: 不同行为偏好情形中, 电网公司具有利他偏好时, 储能容量水平、碳减排努力水平、上网电量和总用电需求最高. 随着单位超额消纳凭证价格的增加, 光伏上网电价、上网电量和储能容量水平增加, 而火力上网电价、上网电量和碳减排努力水平减少. 随着光伏(火力)上网冗余电量的增加, 光伏(火力)发电厂利润增加, 而电网公司利润先增后减. 三种行为偏好情形下, 均能够通过两部定价契约实现供应链协调.
英文摘要
      This paper studies the coordination of decision-making on pricing, energy storage capacity, and carbon emission reduction in a photovoltaic power supply chain with random disturbance of demand and behavioral preferences, which is composed of two power plants(i.e. a photovoltaic power plant and a thermal power plant)and single grid company under the renewable energy portfolio standard. The results show that: Energy storage capacity level, carbon emission reduction level, on-grid electricity quantity and total power demand in altruistic preference scenario of the grid company are the highest among all behavioral preferences scenarios. With the increase of the unit excess consumption voucher price, photovoltaic on-grid price, on-grid power or energy storage capacity level increases, while thermal on-grid electricity price, on-grid electricity quantity or carbon emission reduction level decreases. With the increase of redundant photovoltaic(or thermal)electricity in the power grid, the profit of the photovoltaic(or thermal)power plant increases, while the profit of the grid company first increases and then decreases. In each of three behavioral preferences scenarios, the supply chain coordination can be achieved through two-part tariff contracts.
