| 为了提升我国医疗健康数据共享水平, 构建了由患者、医疗机构和政府组成的三方演化博弈模型, 研究了各参与主体在医疗健康数据共享决策中的动态演化过程, 并通过数值仿真讨论了各参数对演化稳定状态的影响. 研究结果表明, 各主体的初始策略选择会影响其他主体的策略演化速度和结果; 数据共享收益和成本以及政府监管成本直接影响演化稳定状态, 且在患者和医疗机构间存在一个最优的利益分配比例使得二者都积极参与共享; 医疗机构的隐私保护技术水平与政府数据治理能力的提升可以有效促进数据共享; 政府的激励和补贴措施在医疗健康数据共享初期对于共享水平的持续提升具有重要意义. 研究结果为促进医疗健康数据共享提供了理论和现实依据. |

| In order to improve the level of healthcare data sharing in China, this study constructs a tripartite evolutionary game model composed of patients, medical institutions and the government. The dynamic evolution process of each party in healthcare data sharing decision-making is studied. Besides, it comprehensively discusses the impact of each parameter on evolutionary stable strategy (ESS) through numerical simulation. The results reveal that the initial strategy choice for each party affects the speed and result of other parties; The benefit and cost of data sharing and the cost of government regulation directly affect the ESS and there is an optimal benefit distribution ratio between patients and medical institutions which makes both of them positively participate in data sharing. Moreover, enhancements in the privacy protection technology of medical institutions and the data governance capability of the government can effectively promote healthcare data sharing. Incentives and subsidies from the government are of great significance for sustaining and elevating the level of healthcare data sharing in the initial stage. The research results provide theoretical and practical reference for the promotion of healthcare data sharing. |
