构建了新能源汽车制造商(EV)、品牌电池制造商(BM)、第三方电池回收商(RM) 主导的三种退役动力电池闭环回收模型, 探讨了不同模式下回收价格、价格敏感系数、回收电池质量指数对电池批发价格、新能源汽车零售价格以及供应链成员利润的影响. 研究表明: (1) 三种模式下, 价格敏感系数对EV的影响更大, 回收电池质量指数对BM的影响更大. (2) 电池回收方应当将电池回收翻新成本控制在合理范围之内才能实现自身收益最大化. (3) EV模式下EV利润最优, BM模式下BM利润最优, 故双方应当加深战略合作实现双赢. 因此, EV应当增加营销投入以提高市场对翻新电池新能源汽车的接受度, 而BM应当增加技术投入以准确把握退役动力电池的质量水平. 政府需要激励EV极参与回收以最大化供应链整体利润. |

In this paper, three recycling models of retired power batteries dominated by new energy vehicle manufacturers (EV), branded battery manufacturers (BM), and third-party battery recycling manufacturers (RM) are constructed to explore the impacts of recycling price, price sensitivity coefficient, and recycled battery quality index on the wholesale price of batteries, retail price of new energy vehicles. The study shows that: (1) Under the three modes, the price sensitivity coefficient has a greater impact on EV, while the recycled battery quality index has a greater impact on BM. (2) Recyclers should keep the refurbishment and extraction costs within a reasonable range. (3) EV choose EV mode as optimal, and BM choose BM mode as optimal. Therefore, EV should increase marketing investment to improve market acceptance of new energy vehicles with refurbished batteries, BM should increase technical investment to accurately grasp the quality level of retired power batteries, and the government should motivate EV to actively participate in recycling to maximize the overall supply chain profit. |
