      绿色创新是提高产品环境质量的重要手段,如何设计有效的激励机制以促进绿色创新来提高产品环境质量是企业面临的重要问题。因此,本文在外包生产模式下,考虑供应链的绿色创新与不同合作契约,构建包含产品设计质量、常规质量和环境质量的微分博弈模型,分析单一收入共享,成本分担和价格补贴及不同互补型复合契约下供应链成员的最优决策和各契约的激励效果。结果表明绿色创新通过提高产品的环境质量,提升了供应链成员的利润;收入共享契约能提升产品的常规质量和环境质量,降低设计质量;成本分担契约能提升产品的环境质量,不影响其他质量;价格补贴契约不会影响产品的质量决策。一定条件下,互补型复合契约对产品质量和成员利润的促进效果不如单一契约。
英文摘要
      Green innovation is an important means to improve product environmental quality, and how to design an effective incentive mechanism to promote green innovation to improve product environmental quality is vital for enterprises. In the production outsourcing mode, we consider green innovation and cooperation contracts of the supply chain, and develop the product quality dynamic model that includes product design quality, conventional quality, and environmental quality. We investigate the optimal strategies of members and the effects of revenue sharing, cost sharing, price subsidy and some complementary hybrid contracts. The results show that green innovation enhances members' profits by promoting the product environmental quality. Revenue sharing contract can improve the conventional and environmental quality of products, while reducing design quality. Cost sharing contract can improve environmental quality without affecting other qualities, while the price subsidy contract has no impact on these three qualities. Under certain conditions, these complementary hybrid contracts are less effective than single contracts in promoting product environmental quality and members’ profits.
