      针对多属性群决策过程中存在的语言评价信息模糊和信息处理不精确的问题, 提出一种基于可信性测度的二维二元语义多属性群决策方法. 考虑到传统二元语义的语言标度均匀分布的不合理性, 构建了一种基于正态分布的二元语义表示模型. 在此基础上, 为了解决二维二元语义信息之间存在的不可比较问题, 给出基于可信性测度的确信度函数, 并定义了新的二维二元语义距离函数和期望值函数. 然后, 结合决策者权重和属性权重, 通过二维二元语义信息集结算子得到待选方案的期望值, 从而获得最终方案的优劣排序. 最后, 通过一个可再生能源选择的算例分析验证了该方法的可行性.
英文摘要
      In order to deal with the vague and imprecise language information, a multiple attribute group decision making method based on credibility measure is proposed, in which 2-dimension linguistic information and linguistic 2-tuple are combined. The 2-tuple linguistic model based on normal distribution is established to consider the irrationality of language scale in traditional 2-tuple linguistic operations. Then, the confidence function based on credibility measure is presented to solve the incomparability of 2-dimension linguistic information. Meanwhile, the new distance function and expected value function of 2-dimension linguistic information are defined. Therefore, the decision makers` weight and criteria weight are considered simultaneously by constructing the 2-dimension 2-tuple linguistic model in which the final expected values of each alternative are obtained, then rank alternatives and choose the optimal alternative according to the final expected values. Finally, the case analysis of renewable energy selection demonstrates the feasibility of the proposed method.
