针对当前各领域体系能力评估难以全面、客观、可信的问题,本研究将体系能力评估从传统的单一效能评估拓展到灵活性、鲁棒性和经济性这四大维度。提出借助体系DoDAF视图模型和能力-任务- 系统要素映射矩阵进行建模。以多个映射矩阵统一表示体系各维度,并创新性地采用矩阵范数计算各个维度下的能力评估值与贡献度值。最后以海上救援体系作为研究案例,建立评估模型并计算能力评估值与贡献度。仿真结果表明,本文提出的体系能力多维度评估方法能够得出有助于优化体系组成的评估结论。 |

In view of the difficulty of comprehensive, objective and credible system-of-systems(SoS) capability assessment in various fields, this study expands assessment from the traditional effectiveness assessment to the dimensions of flexibility, robustness and economy. It is proposed to use the DoDAF view model and the capability - operation - system mapping matrix to uniformly represent each dimension of the SoS. Matrix norm is used to calculate the capability evaluation value and contribution rate. Finally, the simulation analysis is carried out with the maritime search and rescue model. The simulation results show that the multidimensional assessment method proposed in this paper can lead to conclusions that can help optimize the SoS composition. |
